Ten realms. In Tiantai these are the realms of hell denizens 地狱， hungry ghosts 饿鬼， animals 畜生， asuras 阿修罗， humans 人间， gods 天上， /sra^vakas 声闻， pratyekabuddhas 缘觉， bodhisattvas 菩萨， and buddhas 佛. Same as 十界.
