The Chanzha shane yebao jing （Sutra on the Divination of the Effect of Good and Evil Actions）; T 839.17.901c-910c. This text teaches the method of determining the effects of good and bad karma in the first fascicle， and in the second fascicle gives an explanation of the true meaning of Maha^ya^na， comparable to the philosophy of the Awakening of Faith. Because of the content and writing style， it is thought that this text was originally composed in East Asia， rather than India.
