The four great continents located in the oceans around Mt. Sumeru. They are Jambu-dvi^pa， Pu^rva-videha， Aparagoda^ni^ya， and Uttara-kuru. Jambu-dvi^pa is the continent that we are said to live on. The term can also mean "all worlds."
