This text explains the causal practices and the meritorious virtues attained by Amita^yus （Amita^bha） Buddha 阿弥陀佛; as well as how sentient beings may be reborn in the pure western paradise through the practice of nianfo 念佛. The text's full title is 佛说无量寿经.
