The encouragement from Brahma^. The myth attached to the story of S/a^kyamuni's awakening says that he was originally reluctant to make the effort to teach， thinking the content of his awakening to be too difficult to be understood. At this point the Hindu god Brahma^ appears and encourages S/a^kyamuni to go out and attempt to convey his new experience to others.
